By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or services.

1. Website Access and Membership

Access to certain features, content, and services on this Website is restricted to current, paid members of Rockingham Tourism Association.

You must not share your login details with anyone else or attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorised to use.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel membership access at any time if we believe these Terms have been breached.

2. Member Responsibilities

By becoming a member and using the Website, you agree to:

– Keep your contact and business details accurate and up to date

– Provide timely and appropriate content for your business listing, promotions, or event submissions

– Only submit material you have the right to use (e.g., photos, logos, text)

– Maintain respectful communications with other members and our team

We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove content that is inaccurate, offensive, promotional without context, or does not align with the goals of the Rockingham Tourism Association.

3. Payment and Membership Terms

Membership is subject to annual or fixed-term fees as outlined on the site or in membership communications.

Refunds are not available unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Access to member-only benefits, including listings, promotions, and event calendar submissions, is granted upon full payment.

Membership tiers determine the level of access and support you receive (e.g., how often listings can be updated).

4. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and resources, is either owned by or licensed to Rockingham Tourism Association.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share content from the Website without written permission, except where permitted under Australian copyright law.

Any content you submit (images, listings, event details) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for promotional purposes related to Rockingham Tourism.

5. Submissions and Content Updates

Members may request updates to their listings, event submissions, or promotional content using the provided forms on the Website.

Please allow up to 14 business days for updates to be processed.

Submission frequency may vary depending on your membership level (e.g., Bronze and Silver – 6-monthly updates, Gold – quarterly, Corporate – ongoing marketing support).

6. Events Calendar and Promotions

Only verified Rockingham Tourism members or approved community groups may submit events to our “What’s On” calendar.

Events must be suitable for both local and tourist audiences.

We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our content guidelines or quality standards.

7. Website Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to keep the Website available and functional at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from website downtime, errors, or third-party service failures.

You agree not to interfere with or attempt to damage or disrupt the Website.

8. Privacy and Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your information.
